How do I open an account?
Please navigate to the 'Become a Customer' tab and we will review your application within 21 business days.
Kindly note that a resale certificate or resale identification number is required to open an account. Currently, we do not sell to businesses outside of the United States.
How do I place an order?
To place an order through a storefront, follow these steps:- Visit the store and browse the products.
- Select the desired product by clicking on it.
- Choose any options such as size, color, or quantity.
- Click "Add to Cart."
- Continue shopping if you want to add more items, or proceed to checkout.
- Review your cart and make any necessary adjustments.
- Click "Checkout."
- Enter your shipping and billing information.
- Select a shipping method and any additional preferences.
- Choose a payment method and enter the payment details.
- Review your order one last time.
- Click "Complete Order" to finalize the purchase.
You'll receive a confirmation email with the order details once it's processed.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Typically, our order minimum is $2,000, though the minimum order quantity (MOQ) may differ depending on the specific brand.
What is your shipping or delivery charge?
Our shipping or delivery charges depend on various factors, including the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. Specific shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. For more detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Policy or contact our customer service team.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order lead times will be discussed with your account manager, as they vary based on the products and brands.

Do you sell to individuals?
We do not sell to individuals. As a wholesaler, we exclusively sell to businesses that have a valid resale certificate.
What items do you carry?
We offer a broad range of brand-name products, including Pet Care, Pet Food, Veterinary brands, Home brands, Kitchen brands, Sports brands, Baby brands, Sports & Outdoors, Stationery and Office Supplies, Garden and Outdoors, Toys & Games, and DIY & Tools. We are continuously expanding our portfolio to provide more brands to our wholesale customers.
Where do I find the prices on the items you carry?
Pricing is only visible after you log in to your approved wholesale account, which will be granted once we review and approve your wholesale application.
What are the expiration dates on the items in you sell?
Most of our items have expiration dates of 12 months or more from the date you receive your order, where applicable.
What is your return policy?
All orders are final, and returns are not accepted. Any shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
